Accepted Mode of Payment / Payment Details

PayNow or PayLah!

You can do PayNow or PayLah! to personal account at 91886948

Bank Transfer to Corporate DBS

PayNow to Corporate Bank OCBC –
Make your payment directly into our bank account by PayNow. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Please read further for the PayNow details –

Bank Transfer via PAYNOW:

  1. Simply login to your banking app or through your bank’s I-Banking website
  2. Select PAYNOW transfer
  3. Select ‘Unique Entity Number’ and enter our UEN: 201321012C. You may also choose to scan the QR CODE below, if your banking app supports QR Code scanning

*** If you are using an Android Phone, after you type in the UEN Number, DO NOT click on the ‘Next’ button in the banking app.

On your smartphone’s pop-up keyboard, tap on the ‘Done’ or Tick button FIRST, and then the UEN Information will be loaded by the app.

Cash on Delivery –
We accept Cash for the following shipping methods: 

  1. Meet Up at Star Vista on Sundays

PayPal – You can pay using your PayPal account via the checkout process.

  1. Head over to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout” when you are ready
  2. Fill in your billing details and click “Proceed to Paypal”

Debit/Credit Card – You can pay with your Debit/Credit Card through PayPal’s payment gateway (no need to create a Paypal account):

  1. Head over to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout” when you are ready
  2. Fill in your billing details and click “Proceed to Paypal”
  3. Click the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” button and fill up your card details

 

Meet Up/Self-Collection

Meet up is usually on Sundays at Star Vista. Timing is from 10:30am to 1:30pm. However, we will contact you for the timing for the Sunday. So do remember to put in your email or contact numbers for us to liaise with you for the sending. Cheers!

Express Delivery : Singapore
We will send to you within 2 working days. Before sending, we will get in touch with you. Do remember to give us your contact numbers or we will contact you via email for the time and day to send to you

Normal Delivery: Singapore
We will send to you within 7 working days. Before sending, we will get in touch with you. Do remember to give us your contact numbers or we will contact you via email for the time and day to send to you

Exchange, Returns & Refund

Product defects or incorrect items is rare, but they do happen from time to time. We always check our products before shipping them out.

However, if there are any defects or incorrect items, do let us know through our Facebook Page  within 7 days of the shipping date and we will be glad to assist you!

Please include photos/videos of the defective or incorrect items for our evaluation.

Simply message us on Facebook with your request and we will get back to you regarding your exchange and return confirmation.
